THINGS U HAVE TO DO:-



1. INSTALL FIREFOX

2. install the firefox addon

3. install IDM



4. in idm go to options-->general-->use advanced browser integration



5. go to any free online movies sites





6. open the file you want to see or download



7. when
the icon of video download helper (near where u type the address of any
site) starts blinking click on that and click on that usin ctrl
pressed. ( by this te address is copied to clipboard)





8. go to idm click on add url and ok





9. when the size of the file comes click on download and wow u are downloading the movie with nice speed better than ur browser.





or





If u have IDM installed then do step no.4 above and then go to file types and put flv there.and now u can download any movie.



to view these files u must a codec pack installed to play .flv files





these trick can download from youtube, metacafe or any movie streaming site.
